At one point there\u2019s nothing, then there is a thing \u2013 arguably a thing that holds intellectual value. (And They saw that it was good, etcetera etcetera.)\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>The creative process, and with that the creative ability, is sure a chaotic one. No coherent thoughts, almost no full creative products that are created in one go. Only fragments of goodness, moments of clarity. Sometimes I want to do it <strong>this<\/strong> way, and sometimes <strong>that<\/strong> doesn\u2019t work. Sometimes it doesn\u2019t work at all.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>The creative process, despite everyone having a form of creative ability, is very difficult. I <em>want<\/em> to do s o m e t h i n g but I just cannot <strong>think<\/strong> of it.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>The creative process, discovering your creative ability, is fun. Messing with <em>words<\/em> and <sup>pitch<\/sup> and <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">colour<\/span> and <sub>s<\/sub>hAp<sub>e<\/sub> provides a spark of <em>joy<\/em>, at least in (me).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>The creative process, and within that, using your creative ability, is something you should try out.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cOn the creative process, and creative ability\u201d, this article, is a thinly veiled attempt at promotion. It is, in fact, an <em>advertisement<\/em> for this year&#8217;s <em>Write Fight<\/em> (Schrijfstrijd) held by the website committee, which you can still join and submit for until the end of <strong>March 15th, 2024<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cOn the creative process, and creative ability\u201d is an example for the sort of text <strong>you<\/strong> could write for cette <em>Write Fight<\/em> mentioned above. However,\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><em>Your<\/em> creative process, and <em>your<\/em> creative ability, is different from mine. You could, and in fact I\u2019d encourage you to, write something completely different. The things that <strong>you<\/strong> make are products of <em>your<\/em> [creativity].\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>The creative process, stimulated by your creative ability, is an <em>opportunity<\/em> to play and experiment with FORM and <strong>function<\/strong> and <em>words <\/em>and L e t t e r s.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>The creative process is art.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>The creative process is <em>your<\/em> creative process.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>The creative process is <strong>you<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>So be weird, be chaotic, be unstandardised, be difficult, have fun, do try, do join (<em>if you want to<\/em>), be different, be experimental, be artful and <strong>be yourself.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The creative process, and the creative ability, is weird.
