Study Association Hucbald organizes the shadowing days on behalf of the Utrecht University. These days take place between December and May, and are available for all those interested in the Bachelor's degree in Musicology. Attending a shadowing day is free and isn't mandatory.

Program Shadowing day:
- Attending a lecture/tutorial for the first-year courses
- Guided tour of Utrecht University (lecture rooms of Musicology,
University library, lecturers/study association building)
Universiteitsbibliotheek, docenten/studieverenigingsgebouw) - Lunch (bring your own sandwich, we will provide some snacks)
- Attending a lecture/tutorial for senior year courses
